Location: Rufford Primary School Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Fixed Term (18 months max), Part-Time – 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks/year) Salary: National Apprenticeship Rate
About the Role
Invictus Education Trust is a Multi Academy Trust operating six secondary schools and one primary school, employing over 750 staff and supporting 5,500+ students across Dudley, West Midlands. We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join Rufford Primary School for an exciting earn-as-you-learn opportunity.

Requirements
Entry Criteria:
- English and Maths at GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent), such as:
- Level 2 Functional Skills
- Other equivalent qualifications approved by apprenticeship requirements Note: If you do not meet these standards, you must be willing to work towards them alongside your apprenticeship
- A genuine passion for the education sector
Apprenticeship Training
- Provider: LMP Education
- Delivery Method: Workplace-based training only
- Assessments:
- Exams
- Coursework & portfolio of evidence
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Upon completion, you will gain a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
