Laser 4 / Skin / Beauty Therapist - NVQ Level 4 - Part-Time
We are looking for a qualified NVQ Level 4 Laser / Skin / Beauty Therapist to become a valued member of our friendly team in the town centre of Bexhill, East Sussex.
The India Gabrielle Clinic is a multi UK award-winning clinic - recognised by The Professional Beauty Awards, The UK Hair & Beauty Awards, The Beauty & Aesthetics Awards, Prestige Awards, The UK PMU Awards and more!
We specialise in Aesthetics, Permanent Makeup, Skin and Laser Treatments.
Whilst we are looking for candidates already qualified to a Level 4 and confident in performing the required treatments - full support and training will be provided in all other aspects of the role and with the manufacturers of our machines.
We have spacious treatment rooms with cutting-edge technology and, with an already extensive client base, we are excited to expand our team.

Essential Requirements
- Must be qualified to at least a Level 4
- Must have at least 1 years experience providing skin/laser treatments in a clinical/salon setting.
- Previous experience of working on Reception / Sales.
- Ability to build a friendly and professional rapport with clients.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- A good eye for detail - for example when checking consent forms etc.
- Highly organised.
- Good literacy, computer and mathematical skills.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Reliable
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in providing some of the following treatments:
- Super IPL/Laser Hair Removal
- Laser Tattoo Removal
- Super IPL / Laser Skin Rejuvenation
- Carbon Laser Facials
- Microneedling
- Chemical Peels
- HIFU
- Radio Frequency Microneedling
- Saline Tattoo Removal
- Elemis Biotec and hands on facials
Other Role Requirements - but full training will be given:
- Writing detailed and accurate treatment notes.
- Delivering skin consultations and recommending suitable treatment plans.
- Advising customers on our range of skincare products.
- Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of all treatments, promotions, products etc.
- Having a good understanding of other treatments available at the clinic - to be able to answer customer enquiries about Permanent Makeup/Aesthetics.
- Working on reception to answer telephone calls, and greeting clients in a friendly/professional manner.
- Using an online booking system to manage appointments.
- Processing transactions using an EPOS Till system.
- Keeping an up-to-date and accurate record of all transactions.
- Ensuring that the clinic is clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensuring that clients complete the relevant consent forms accurately before every treatment.
- Accurately assessing clients suitability for treatment, thoroughly reading all consent forms to check for potential contraindications.
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records and logging payment transactions.
