Leveraged Finance Associate
Newly Qualified Leveraged Finance Associate | London
We are working on behalf of a leading US law firm in London that is seeking to add a high-calibre NQ associate to its market-leading Leveraged Finance practice.
This is an opportunity to join a team advising on some of the most sophisticated financing transactions in the market, acting for sponsors, private credit funds and other financial institutions across a broad range of acquisition financings, refinancings and recapitalisations.

The successful candidate will have: • Recently qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales or be due to qualify shortly • Experience gained within a recognised banking, finance or leveraged finance practice • Strong technical skills and excellent academic credentials • The ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performing international environment
The role offers exposure to premium sponsor and lender-side work, direct client contact and outstanding long-term development prospects within one of the premier leveraged finance platforms in London.
