The practice advises banks, private credit funds, financial sponsors and corporates on complex cross-border financings across Europe, including leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, digital infrastructure, real estate finance and restructuring matters.

The role offers exposure to: • Sponsor-side and lender-side leveraged finance transactions • Private credit, syndicated and second lien facilities • High-profile cross-border M&A financings • Market-leading infrastructure and digital infrastructure deals • Direct client access and close partner mentorship
You should have strong London-market finance experience, excellent drafting and transaction management skills, and confidence leading negotiations on commitment papers, loan and intercreditor documents.
