Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Councils are seeking expressions of interest for secondment opportunities to support the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) Programme. As the LGR Specialist Manager (Enterprise Architect), you will spearhead the development of high-quality reports and analyses that will guide the transformation of councils across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. This pivotal role will ensure our digital, data, and technology landscape is coherent, scalable, and ready for the future.

In This Exciting Position, You Will

  • Design strategic enterprise architectures to support Local Government Reorganisation.
  • Govern the target operating model, integrating systems and processes into a unified enterprise.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
  • Deliver high-quality reports and programme deliverables.
  • Support the Digital, Data and Technology (DDAT) programme with your specialist expertise.

To Thrive In This Role, You Should Possess

  • A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture and local government operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with current ICT trends and best practices in a local government context.
