Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers – Amesbury Depot
Müller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business
About the Role
We are seeking skilled Class 1 LGV C+E drivers at our Amesbury Depot within the Müller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.
As a Multi-Drop Distribution Driver, your key responsibility is to safely and efficiently transport goods from our distribution depots to supermarkets, including loading, unloading, and reloading, ensuring:
- Timely deliveries
- Accurate documentation
- Full compliance with safety and transportation regulations
This role offers a flexible, long-term working environment with:
- Full-time permanent contracts
- No overnight stays
- Driving modern, well-maintained vehicles
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise safety – Respect all road users and vehicle regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle checks.
- Plan efficient routes – Account for traffic, roadworks, and safety restrictions.
- Maintain a professional demeanour – Representing Müller as the company-customer interface.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Active HGV Class 1 (LGV Cat C+E) licence.
- Current CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and digital driving card.
- No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (no CDs, DDs, DRs, or INs).
- Fitness for physical demands of the role (loading/unloading goods).
- Self-motivated & reliable, with strong teamwork and independence skills.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
