We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious LGV Driver to join our team at Witheridge. If you hold a Class 1 or Class 2 licence and take pride in delivering excellent service, this role offers a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
About The Role
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full-time
- Hours of Work: 45 Hours per week
As an LGV Driver, you’ll be responsible for end-point delivery to our customers and internal distribution to our stores. You’ll operate a modern fleet and ensure compliance with road transport legislation while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

About You
- Class 1 or Class 2 licence
- Driver CPC certification
- Digital Tachograph card
- Strong communication skills and professional approach
- Commitment to health and safety best practices
- Some nights out may be required
- ADR, Lorry mounted forklift or HIAB would be an advantage but training will be given

- Earnings potential: £45,000+ per year
- Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour
- Overtime: £21.75 per hour after 45 hours per week
- Double time: £29 per hour on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays
- Once ADR Qualified: additional monthly payment of £200
- Comprehensive training: including paid Driver CPC and licence medical fees
- HGV licence upgrades: and forklift training
- Modern fleet: including Class 1 and Class 2
