About Menzies Aviation
Delivering critical logistics and aviation services across 350+ locations in 65+ countries, Menzies.With a dedicated focus on people, we seek an ULD Agent to join our team and support our global operations.
Role Purpose
The ULD Agent will manage Unit Load Devices (ULDs), ensuring compliance with airline standards while performing key administrative duties. The role operates Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage ULDs in line with Menzies Aviation and airline standards, including:
- Stock maintenance and supplier coordination
- Reporting ULD damage
- Organising repair or repatriation of damaged equipment
- Liaising with Customer Support Managers (CSM) for pallet preparation
- Perform regulated stock counts as required

What We Are Looking For
Must-Have
- Extensive aviation cargo experience
- Exceptional knowledge of computer systems, including:
- MACH (or similar ULD/logistics software)
- Ability to effectively:
- Plan & prioritise workloads
- Work to tight deadlines under flexible conditions
