Due to continued organic growth and success, we are looking for experienced Liability Adjusters to join our team at MI Adjusting in West Yorkshire and the North West.

We are a market leading provider of Liability Adjusting and Claims Management services. Successful applicants will be responsible for managing liability claims – primarily Public, Employers and Product Liability, as well as Motor Claims. Applicants should be detail orientated, confident in making liability decisions and ready to take the next step in their career. You should ideally have 3+ years’ experience in liability claims (site investigation) in a similar role.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Investigate claims, addressing liability, policy coverage and quantum issues;
  • Determine appropriate tactics and strategies;
  • Gather evidence (the finer detail is always crucial), quality check reports, and liaise with policyholders, third parties and legal representatives;
  • Have excellent people and organizing skills.
