Librarian
Librarian or Educator – School Library (Fully On-Site)
Location: Ealing Salary: £35,661 + 18.7% pension contribution Contract: Full-time, permanent (term time only)
About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Librarian or Educator with a passion for literature and experience in developing high-quality informational resource services.
The Opportunity
Working with a high-achieving and prestigious education provider, you’ll play a vital role in:
- Cultivating, curating, and promoting a thriving learning and reading environment
- Maintaining an efficient and well-managed school library
- Supporting the development of reading and literacy skills in young people
- Designing and implementing library and reading programmes

A Typical Week Includes
- Promote the use of the School library
- Deliver and maintain an efficient library service
- Foster reading and literacy progress
- Develop and implement library programmes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Library management or teaching experience
- A strong passion for working with young people and reading
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A relevant qualification (advantageously Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent)
