Job Title: Creative Designer
We're looking for a passionate, hardworking, and reliable Creative Designer to join our expanding licensed product team. This is an exciting opportunity to create fun and engaging children's toys, craft, and stationery products in collaboration with some of the world's best-loved brands, including Hello Kitty, Hot Wheels, Harry Potter, Jurassic World, Barbie, Haribo, and many more.
As a Creative Designer, you'll be responsible for bringing licensed products to life through creative, commercially appealing designs.
Responsibilities
- Creating product and packaging artwork from creative briefs for licensed toys, craft, and stationery products.
- Working closely with official licensed style guides to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
- Supporting the creative team with a variety of day-to-day design tasks.
- Producing engaging presentations for new product ranges and concepts.
- Researching market trends, new product ideas, and creative inspiration.
- Preparing, reviewing, and sending production-ready artwork files to factories.

Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- A genuine passion for design with strong creative flair.
- An excellent eye for composition, typography, layout, and colour.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- A good understanding of current design and consumer market trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a creative team.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience working within a creative design team.
- Experience in licensed consumer products, packaging, toys, stationery, or related industries would be an advantage.
