Your Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Glasgow
- Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2–3 people), supported by Official Hosts
- Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
- Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams
What We're Looking For
- Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community
- Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- A strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally
- Motivation to deliver results, with rewards tied to performance and growth
