Job Summary
Unique Styles Barber Shop is seeking a customer focused executive assistant to manage our CRM team and provide outstanding service to current and future clients. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm with passion for the beauty industry. The candidate will be a creative tactful strategist, efficient communicator, highly organized.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage shop phones, reservations, and client inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide accurate service pricing and engage in upselling retail services.
- Handle cash meticulously and prepare bank deposits.
- Keep the virtual front desk and retail display organized and inviting.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Assist in business development activities.

Requirements
- Experience in retail marketing, combined college coursework, customer service, and business development.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, flexible work environment.
- Stellar phone and in-person communication abilities.
- Organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for night and weekend shifts.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in critical thinking.
