Job Description
We are seeking a B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our Line Engineering Team in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Chief Engineer and under the day-to-day supervision of the Shift Supervisor, the position holder will be required to perform line maintenance on various Company aircraft types.
Principal Responsibilities
- Perform / certify / aircraft maintenance – Scheduled Maintenance Inspections, MODS and rectification
- Maintaining acceptable airworthiness and maintenance standards
- Issue such certifications within the scope of authorisation
- Reporting on incidents or lapse in quality involving a/c staff, material, plant, tools, equipment, premises, or facilities
Person Specification
Qualifications
- CAA B1.3 Licence (consideration may be given to candidates holding A License)
Experience
- Relevant experience and time on helicopters, time on the AW189 / S92 is preferred but not essential
