Role & Responsibilities
Location: SEGA Europe, Chiswick Business Park, London Work Model: Hybrid (4 days in the office per week)
Job Title: Licensing Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract, 6 months)
The Licensing Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the:
- VP of Licensing
- Licensing Executive
- Studio licensing team
This role ensures licensing processes, approvals, and reporting activities run smoothly and on time. Key tasks include coordination, documentation, and workflow support, working closely with:
- Internal studios, publishing, and marketing teams
- External licensors

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wishes to build licensing operations experience in the games industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for licensing activities and licensor relationships.
- Support assets and approvals workflows, ensuring:
- Feedback, statuses, and deadlines are logged and communicated clearly.
- Licensing trackers, approval logs, and asset management systems are maintained and updated.
- Assist with reporting activities and status summaries.
- Help track licensor fees, royalty information, and invoice processing.
- Offer general administrative and coordination support as needed.
Requirements
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal guidance.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using spreadsheets and administrative systems.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role.
