About The Role
The Licensing Coordinator is a hands-on, development-focused role at the core of the Licensing Team. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day content licensing operations while understanding the entire lifecycle of content licensing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting a diverse range of content providers across multiple jurisdictions, offering opportunities to develop experience in:
- Onboarding
- Partner coordination
- Contract administration
- Reporting
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders including Finance, Operations, and Royalties teams, as well as external partners globally.
- Focusing on operational excellence, making this an ideal role for someone eager to grow their skills in licensing within a structured, international environment.
About The Team
The Licensing Coordinator will join a collaborative and detail-focused team that works with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant licensing of content and data.
The team plays a crucial role in supporting publishing, commercial, and product activities by:
- Managing licensing processes
- Maintaining precise records
- Efficiently addressing queries

Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support:
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the Licensing Team.

契约 (Licensing Agreement) Coordination:
- Track licensing agreements throughout their lifecycle.
- Assist with contract processes, including execution, amendments, renewals, and documentation.

Records & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records in relevant systems.

Partner Relationship Management:
- Coordinate routine operational matters with selected external partners.
- Facilitate partner communications and information requests.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Support the compilation of reports on licensing activity and partner performance.

Preparation & Negotiations:
- Assist in preparing materials for internal use and negotiations.

Internal Collaboration:
- Liaise with Operations, Royalties, Finance, and other internal teams to support partner deliverables.

Onboarding Support:
- Help coordinate partner onboarding and related processes.
Requirements

Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Proven attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
