A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and motivated individual to join Bristol City Council. The post is based within Licensing, Growth & Regeneration and covers the full range of licensing functions that can be expected in a large, vibrant City environment like Bristol.
The roles include responsibility for all areas of licensing including alcohol, entertainment, gambling, taxi and private hire, scrap metal and sex establishments.
You will have excellent communication skills, alongside the ability to gather information to produce and present reports. You will be able to put your skills into practice to provide effective advice to licensing committees, guiding and training apprentices, and responding to complex queries from a variety of stakeholders.

We need someone who can confidently and effectively communicate with different audiences, with excellent attention to detail, provide guidance, and manage a case load to ensure delivery of the highest levels of customer service.
