Licensing Product Development Associate – Trading Cards & Games

12 Months Contract

Hybrid 2 days in London/3 days remote

£260/day Inside IR35

I'm working with a globally recognised entertainment organisation to recruit a Licensing Product Development Associate to join their EMEA Consumer Products team, supporting the development of exciting trading card and trading card game products across some of the world's most iconic entertainment franchises.

This is a creative product development role, but it is not a hands-on design position. We are looking for someone who understands licensing, consumer products and the product development lifecycle, with experience working with partners, reviewing concepts and bringing products to market.

The Role

Working within the EMEA Consumer Products team, you will support the development of trading cards and trading card games, collaborating with internal teams and external licensee partners to deliver innovative products that align with franchise standards and consumer expectations. You will work closely with licensees who create the product concepts and artwork, providing feedback, managing approvals and ensuring products progress successfully from initial ideas through to final execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
