About The Role
Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Lenach in South Croydon.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates are £13.61 and for those with experience it’s £14.69
- Level 1 - £13.61
- Level 2 - £14.15
- Level 3 - £14.69

About The Candidate
What experience and qualifications do you need:
- A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
- A strong team player
- Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy
- A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willing to work towards
