Adult Residential/Supported Living Home – Life Practitioner
About the Role
Our Adult Residential/Supported Living Home at Tigh Allene, Lincolnshire, is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioners to join our team.
You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them lead fulfilling, independent lives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips, such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings.
We furnish a company vehicle for transportation, which means you’ll need to hold a:
- Full UK driving licence, or
- Able to drive in the UK for 2+ years.
Salary Structure
- Starting rate: £12.71 per hour
- With experience: £13.60 per hour
Grade breakdown:
- Level 1: £12.71
- Level 2: £13.10
- Level 3: £13.60
