About The Role
We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Calman in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
Our Adult Residential Home is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. In this role, you will help residential support clients live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs
- Assist with daily activities and personal care
- Take individuals on community trips for shopping, meals, appointments, and outings
- Use our company vehicle for transport (requires a valid UK driving licence – full licence or 2+ years UK driving experience)
- Facilitate personal development and independence
Compensation & Progression
Starting rates:
- Level 1: £12.71 per hour
- Level 2: £13.10 per hour
- Level 3: £13.60 per hour

To excel as a Life Practitioner, you will need:
