Life Practitioner

About The Role

Our Adult Residential Home at Tigh Fruin, Retford, Nottinghamshire seeks Life Practitioners to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Life Practitioner, your role will involve:

  • Helping individuals live fulfilling, independent lives
  • Assisting with daily activities
  • Accompanying them on community trips (shopping, meals, appointments, outings)

We provide a company vehicle for community transport. To use it, you must hold a full UK driver’s licence (or have driven in the UK for 2+ years).

Salary Rates:

  • Level 1: £12.71/hr
  • Level 2 (with experience): £13.10/hr
  • Level 3 (advanced): £13.60/hr
