About Life Practitioner Role (Adult Supported Living Home)
We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team at Tigh Dion in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
As a Life Practitioner, your role will involve providing essential support for individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will contribute significantly to their ability to live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community-based outings.
A company vehicle is provided (for transport to shops, meals, appointments, and general activities). To operate this vehicle, a full UK driver’s licence must be held (or you must have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more).
Compensation
Starting rates from £12.71 per hour (non-experienced). For those with experience, rates range from:
- Level 1 – £12.71
- Level 2 – £13.10
- Level 3 – £13.60

Requirements

- Excellent written/oral communication
- Computer literacy
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (or willing to pursue it)
