Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 8+ years PQE and strong commercial law experience gained within private practice or in-house, together with proven experience advising life sciences clients.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior Commercial Solicitor to handle a broad and varied caseload, advising an impressive client base across the life sciences and technology sectors. You will work with biotech, biopharma, vaccines, medical devices, diagnostics, tech bio, and agricultural biotech businesses, as well as universities, research institutes, charities, and government organisations on a wide range of complex commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a varied caseload including IP licensing and partnering agreements, clinical trial arrangements, research collaborations, commercial contracts, regulatory matters, data protection, IP advisory work, and due diligence.
  • Possess excellent technical ability, strong commercial awareness, and the flexibility to advise on a broad range of complex commercial and intellectual property matters.
