Role: Life Sciences / Pharma Strategy Consultant - Contract role
Seniority: Consultant - Manager
Day rate: £400-£600 outside IR35
Project duration: 1-2 months
Location: 2 days on-site in London, 3 days remote
We’re supporting a London-based healthcare transformation consultancy looking to connect with independent consultants with strong life sciences experience.
They are interested in candidates with a consulting background, deep life sciences knowledge, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Work may include analysis, proposal support, client materials, and strategic or transformation projects across pharma, biotech, medtech, regulatory, or commercial life sciences.

Tasks
- Conduct research and analysis to support proposal development, generate insights, and inform strategic recommendations
- Develop high-quality client-facing deliverables, including presentations, reports, and data visualisations, with minimal supervision
- Support bid and proposal activities by contributing content, applying healthcare expertise, and collaborating effectively with project teams to meet demanding timelines

Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Life sciences sector experience with strong domain knowledge
- Consulting experience, ideally gained within a recognised consulting firm
