Optimus Search is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with approximately 12 months of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare recruitment to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built a solid foundation in recruitment and is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work within a high-growth market, partnering with innovative pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organisations across Europe. We're looking for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates. What You'll Be Doing Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement Building and developing relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences clients Identifying and winning new business opportunities Sourcing, interviewing, and managing specialist candidates Managing recruitment processes from qualification through to offer stage Building a strong network within your chosen market Becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates What We're Looking For Around 12 months of recruitment experience within Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related sector Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development Confident speaking with clients and candidates over the phone Ambitious, driven, and eager to develop professionally A desire to work within a fast-paced, high-performance environment Why Optimus Search?
