The opportunity
You'll join the Lifecycle team at Voy, sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and clinical. The team owns email, SMS, push, and in-app channels as genuine performance drivers — not just communication tools — and is focused on scaling Lifecycle attributed revenue 2x. You'll work alongside Lifecycle Marketing Managers who move fast, experiment constantly, and care about commercial outcomes.
This role gives you direct ownership of campaigns that move core growth metrics: CVR, CAC, retention rate, and LTV. You'll have the autonomy to run experiments, shape segmentation strategy, and write copy that converts — with the data infrastructure to see the impact of your work clearly.
What you'll do
- Design and execute campaigns that drive lead conversion, first-time buyers, reactivation, and long-term retention across email, SMS, push, and in-app.
- Build and optimise automated flows and trigger-based campaigns using customer behaviour data to improve engagement and CVR at every funnel stage.
- Own A/B testing across all Lifecycle channels — develop hypotheses, run experiments, and apply learnings to meaningfully move conversion rates.
- Write high-impact copy tailored to audience segments and funnel stages, from first-touch nurture to win-back sequences.
- Track campaign and funnel performance in Looker, Metabase, and Mixpanel — identify optimisation opportunities and feed them back into execution.
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to translate customer data into segmentation strategies that improve targeting precision and campaign ROI.
- Contribute to scaling Lifecycle as a channel by documenting what works, building repeatable templates, and improving operational efficiency across campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
