Lifecycle Marketing Executive
Based in Manchester, this full-time, permanent role will help deliver fan-focused CRM communications across our Cityzens proposition. You will play a key part in building, deploying and optimising lifecycle journeys in Braze, helping ensure campaigns are accurate, timely and engaging while supporting better connections with Fans.Who We AreManchester City is a football club rooted in East Manchester, with a story that began in 1880 and continues to grow today. Within our Group Marketing team, we help shape how Fans experience Manchester City through timely, relevant and data-led communications. Our CRM and lifecycle activity plays an important role in building deeper connections, bringing together audience insight, planning and delivery to support engagement across the Cityzens proposition.
The Role
As Lifecycle Marketing Executive, you will help deliver CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys that keep our communications relevant, accurate and on time. Working across Braze and the Cityzens proposition, you will support the build, testing and deployment of activity that reaches the right audiences with the right message at the right moment.

You will work closely with Campaigns and Lifecycle colleagues to manage competing priorities, coordinate data selection and segmentation, and maintain a high standard of QA and consent compliance. You will also help monitor performance, support reporting and use insights to inform continuous improvement across campaigns and journeys. This is a hands-on delivery role with room to contribute ideas, improve processes and strengthen fan engagement. You will also support matchday CRM activity where required, bringing a flexible and proactive approach to a busy marketing environment.
What You'll Bring
⚽ Experience in a CRM, digital marketing or data-led marketing role. ⚽ Comfortable working with audience data, segmentation and performance metrics. ⚽ Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on quality assurance. ⚽ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timelines. ⚽ Clear and effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others. ⚽ Experience with Braze, or a similar CRM platform, would be an advantage.
