Base location: Manchester

Position overview This in-house, permanent, full-time role will assist with CRM strategy and delivery across the Cityzens proposition, ensuring data-driven, fan-focused communications that build meaningful engagement.

Key functions of Group Marketing:

  • Shapes fan connections through timely, relevant, and data-led communications
  • Orchestrates CRM and lifecycle campaigns to deepen engagement across Cityzens

The Role: Lifecycle Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities:

  • Campaign development: Build, test, and deploy lifecycle journeys in Braze to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging fan outreach.
  • CM coordination: Manage priorities, segment fan data for tailored messaging, and uphold consent compliance and quality assurance.
  • Performance monitoring: Track campaign success, analyse insights, advise improvements, and support reporting.
  • Flexibility: Assist with matchday CRM campaigns and adapt to a fast-paced marketing environment by delivering results under deadlines.

Collaborations expected with:

  • Lifecycle and Campaigns teams
  • Data and engagement partners across Cityzens

What You’ll Bring

Working knowledge of CRM solutions or related marketing frameworks, aligned with these requirements:

  • Preference but not mandatory: hands-on experience with Braze or comparable platforms
  • Campaign delivery:
    • Experience in digital marketing, data-driven CRM, or equivalent
  • Technical and analytical skills:
    • Comfortable working with audience segmentation, performance analytics, and data hygiene
  • Diligence and organisation:
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and focus on quality assurance
  • Communication:
    • Effective collaboration and clarity in cross-team communication
