Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Join Manchester City in a key marketing leadership role where you will shape how the Club connects with fans across every stage of their journey. Based in Manchester on a full-time basis, this role will lead data-led lifecycle marketing activity, helping deliver meaningful, personalised fan experiences that drive engagement, loyalty and commercial growth.Who We AreManchester City is a football club rooted in East Manchester, with a story that began in 1880 and continues to grow today. Together, we are creating the next chapter, the City way.Within the Group Marketing team, you will work alongside colleagues across CRM, campaigns, retail, ticketing and commercial functions to deliver engaging fan experiences. The team plays an important role in helping supporters feel connected to the Club through relevant communications, innovative campaigns and data-informed decision making.The RoleAs Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of Manchester City’s fan lifecycle marketing activity, translating strategy into impactful multi-channel journeys through Braze and related platforms. You will help ensure supporters receive relevant, timely and engaging communications that strengthen fan relationships and support wider commercial objectives.Working closely with CRM Technical Operations and wider marketing stakeholders, you will oversee audience segmentation, journey design, testing and optimisation activity. You will use insight and performance data to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention and reactivation across key fan moments and campaigns.You will also support the ongoing evolution of the Cityzens ecosystem, helping shape fan experiences that feel personalised, culturally relevant and connected across multiple touchpoints. Alongside this, you will provide guidance and support to Lifecycle Executives, encouraging collaboration, continuous learning and high-quality delivery.What You'll Bring⚽ Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing principles⚽ Experience using data and insight to inform decisions and improve marketing performance⚽ Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and coordinate competing priorities effectively⚽ Confident communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present ideas clearly⚽ Hands-on experience using Braze or similar marketing automation platforms⚽ Knowledge of fan engagement, supporter marketing or customer-focused digital experiencesWhy Choose UsWorking at Manchester City means being supported to do your best, with the flexibility and encouragement to look after your wellbeing.
