Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Your New Salary: £21.20 - £31.97 per hour (£41,340 - £62,342 per annum equivalent)
Location: London
Agency temp (PAYE), 12 months temporary: Yes (with possibility of extension)
Hybrid: Yes
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Lifecycle Marketing Specialist - What You'll be Doing:
- Delivering end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns from planning through execution, testing, optimisation and reporting.
- Building and deploying campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms, including audience segmentation, journey configuration, QA and troubleshooting.
- Designing and optimising automated and trigger-based customer journeys.
- Collaborating with Creative, Data Science, Audience & Measurement, and Marketing teams across EMEA, Americas and APAC.
- Driving personalised customer engagement through data, insights and customer-centric marketing strategies.
- Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Supporting test-and-learn initiatives and applying insights to future campaign development.
- Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices within lifecycle marketing.

Lifecycle Marketing Specialist - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in B2C Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Engagement or Retention Marketing.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns within lifecycle marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation, campaign automation and trigger-based communications.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, Interactive Studio or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working in global and multicultural environments would be advantageous.
