What You’ll Do At Elekta:

As a Lifecycle Sales Manager, you will play a key role in helping our customers maximise the value of their investment in Elekta solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Working closely with sales teams, service teams, and customers, you will drive recurring revenue growth, identify new opportunities across our installed base, and support long-term customer success through service, upgrades, and lifecycle management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic lifecycle and service sales plans, partnering with Business Unit Sales Directors and Account Managers to drive growth across the region.
  • Identify, develop, and close service, upgrade, renewal, and lifecycle opportunities across both existing and new customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to build account strategies, define targets, and deliver tailored commercial solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Analyse installed base and market data to uncover after-sales opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for lifecycle and service sales, supporting customer discussions, tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including developing reference sites and engaging with key stakeholders across healthcare organisations.
  • Drive adoption of commercial tools and best practices while collaborating with colleagues across the region to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Represent Elekta at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences while ensuring compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical, technical, engineering, or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales within medical technology, healthcare, capital equipment, or a related industry.
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Understanding of healthcare technologies such as radiotherapy, medical imaging, medical physics, or hospital IT environments.
  • Experience using CRM and commercial tools (such as Salesforce) alongside strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region (approximately 50%).
