Lifecycle Services Spare Parts Coordinator
As a Lifecycle Services Spare Parts Coordinator, you will support customers throughout the complete spare-parts order process, from initial enquiry and quotation through to order fulfilment and invoicing. Working closely with customers, procurement, finance, logistics and project teams, you'll ensure orders are processed accurately, communicated effectively, and delivered on time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where organisation, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential. You'll play an important role in maintaining accurate ERP and CRM records, analysing sales data, supporting reporting activities, and identifying opportunities to improve our processes and service performance.
