We're partnering with a globally recognised consumer brand to find a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist for an initial 12-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing global marketing team, delivering best-in-class lifecycle campaigns to millions of customers across multiple digital channels. You'll own campaigns from brief through to execution, working closely with creative, media, analytics and localisation teams to deliver engaging, personalised customer experiences.
This role would suit an experienced CRM or Lifecycle Marketing professional who enjoys combining campaign strategy with hands-on execution and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, mobile push and app notifications.
- Build, test, QA and deploy campaigns and automated customer journeys within the ESP.
- Develop both BAU campaigns and behaviour-based lifecycle programmes.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve future activity.
- Collaborate with Creative, Media, Data Science, Audience & Measurement and Localisation teams across global markets.
- Work with internal stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into engaging customer communications.
- Support ongoing testing and optimisation to continually improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Help drive personalised lifecycle experiences at scale through data-driven marketing.

Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in CRM, Lifecycle or Customer Engagement Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or a similar lifecycle marketing platform.
- Experience building customer journeys, automated campaigns and email communications.
- Comfortable managing campaigns from planning through to deployment and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders across international teams.
- Technical confidence with campaign builds and troubleshooting (SQL not required).
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
