About the Role
Join David Lloyd, Europe's leading premium health and wellness group! Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do.
We are searching for a passionate Lifeguard to join our NHS pool lifeguard team, ensuring the safety and comfort of our members across our 180+ indoor and outdoor pools.
As a Lifeguard, your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring poolside safety at all times
- Overseeing pool areas to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable member experience
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conducting regular pool tests and inspections as per company guidelines
- Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation

About You
To be considered for this rewarding role, you should:
- Hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
- Be passionate about health, fitness, and swimming
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including communication, active listening, and engagement
- Be a team player, eager to share knowledge and best practices
