As a Lifeguard, you’ll be responsible for safety in our wet-side facilities, including the pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. This role blends pride in service, attention to detail, and the ability to calmly handle incidents—all while contributing to a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety & support in wet-side areas, including pools, spas, saunas, and steam rooms
- Maintain constant vigilance and readiness to respond to any incidents promptly
- Foster a friendly, professional environment where members feel welcome and supported
- Monitor pool safety, adhering to all Pool Safety Guidelines at every moment
- Assist members with greetings, orientation, and guidance in using facilities
- Document ongoing training records and certifications

Requirements
- Active国内彩票开奖记录列表 National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ): Hold a valid NPLQ—or equivalent—plus the ability to provide up-to-date records.
- Health & Safety Commitment: Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering obsession for safety. Experience demonstrating strong judgment, judgment transferation, objectivity, and calmness—especially during high-pressure situations.
- Customer Service Focus: Passionate about providing outstanding care and maintaining a smile & tranquil atmosphere.
- Team Player Mentality: Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and eager to support colleagues and fellow guests.
