About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Lifeguard to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs, where over 180 indoor and outdoor pools need dedicated vigilance.
As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to:
- Oversee poolside safety with providing a first-class member experience
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including:
- Conducting accurate pool testing (in line with company guidelines)
- Maintaining precise documentation

About You
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A valid NPLQ qualification
- A deep passion for health, fitness, swimming, and water safety
- Strong communication skills (clear, active engagement)
- Ability to listen, advise, and adapt
- A team-oriented attitude – happy to share insights and best practice
