Looking to join our team? As ambassadors of our brand, we’re seeking a passionate Lifeguard to play a crucial role in ensuring safety, compliance, and an outstanding member experience across our sprawling network of pools.
About the Role
With 180+ indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, Lifeguards are vital in maintaining poolside safety while delivering a welcoming environment for our members. You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing pool safety and member wellbeing
- Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety requirements
- Conducting pool tests per company guidelines
- Maintaining accurate safety documentation

About You
To excel in this role, you should:
- Hold a valid NPLQ qualification
- Have a passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and active listening skills
