About This Lifeguard Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Lifeguard at Places Leisure, where you will work in a lively, supportive, and collaborative environment. Your role will inspire others to work together and deliver exceptional service.
A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is highly beneficial, and if you are:

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise our customers and other lifeguards during swimming and pool sessions.
- Prioritise safety and ensure the Health & Safety of all pool users.
- Oversee facility operations, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
- Exercise exceptional attention to detail to prevent incidents and ensure seamless customer enjoyment.
- Provide top-tier customer service, remaining professional, friendly, and enthusiastic.
- Maintain a spotless environment, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Essential **Requirements’
- A valid NPLQ qualification (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) required.
- Strong focus on safety, risk management, and protocol compliance.
- Flexibility to work shifts, often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo and pass enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for safeguarding compliance.
