Lifeguard

£26,707.20 pro rata

At Nuffield Health, we ensure our swimming pools, steam rooms, and facilities are safe and welcoming for members and visitors. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Lifeguard.
About the Role
As a Lifeguard at our gym, you will ensure safety and deliver exceptional customer service within our wet-side facilities. This role requires a qualified professional with a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and the ability to maintain training records.
Additionally, you must be someone exciting and uplifting, offering ** Friendly Service** while demonstrating a dedicated team player attitude. We want someone who’s passionate about creating a positive, vibrant, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining safety and oversight of our swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.
- Staying alert and attentive at all times while on duty.
- Creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our members.
- Assisting members with inquiries and facilitating their experience within the facilities.
- Immediate adherence and intervention in the case of safety or medical emergencies.
- Ensuring Strict compliance with Pool Safety Guidelines at all times.
