Lifeguard – Guildford Fitness and Wellbeing Gym | Permanent | Part-Time (7 Hours Per Week) – £26,166.40 Pro-Rata
About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Lifeguard to ensure safety and customer satisfaction in our wetside facilities, including our swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.

Requirements
- Possess a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
- Provide current training records
- Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer care
- Be a strong team player, willing to support and help others continuously

Responsibilities
As a Lifeguard, you will:
- Ensure member safety by maintaining attention in and around wetside facilities, including pools, spas, saunas, and steam rooms
- Monitor and enforce Pool Safety Guidelines at all times
- Respond swiftly to any emergencies or incidents, ensuring quick and effective action
- Create a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Welcoming and guiding customers as they use the facilities
