Lifeguard – Letchworth FWC | Fitness | Bank | Part Time
£13.10 per hour
Working on a bank basis means flexibility—you’re not contracted to fixed hours but work ad-hoc to meet business needs and your availability.
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure pool safety across wet side facilities: swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room
- Maintain constantly high vigilance, ensuring members use facilities safely and responsibly
- Create a relaxed, welcoming, and professional atmosphere
- Welcome, assist, and advise guests on using amenities
- Respond immediately to any safety incidents or emergencies
- Enforce Pool Safety Guidelines at all times

Requirements
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or an equivalent certification
- Ability to provide up-to-date training records and certifications
- Strong customer care skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passionate about health and wellness, with a can-do mindset
