Key Responsibilities
As a Lifeguard, you’ll:
- Ensure safety and wellbeing when members use wet side facilities—pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.
- Maintain constant attentiveness and alertness while on duty.
- Foster a welcoming, relaxed, and professional atmosphere.
- Greet and assist members while ensuring proper use of facilities.
- Respond immediately to any incidents or safety concerns.
- Adhere to all Pool Safety Guidelines strictly.
Requirements
- Hold a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Up-to-date training records (you must provide these).
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a tight-knit team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
