About the Role
Working on a bank basis means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead contribute on an ad-hoc basis to suit the business needs and your availability.

As a Lifeguard in our fitness centre, this role is for individuals with:
- A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
- The ability to provide ongoing training records
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to develop new skills
- A passion for customer care and a team-player mindset

Responsibilities
As a Lifeguard, your duties will include:
- Ensuring members stay safe and healthy when using wet side facilities, including pools, spas, saunas, and steam rooms
- Maintaining high attentiveness and vigilance at all times
- Creating a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment
- Welcoming and supporting members when using the facilities
- Paying close attention to safety and responding to any incidents immediately
- Ensuring Pool Safety Guidelines are strictly followed at all times
