Position: Fitness | Bank | Part time Location: Aylesbury, FWC Pay: £13.10 per hour
About the Role
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week; instead, you work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you must:
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent, with the ability to provide ongoing training records.
- Have enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Be passionate about customer care and a strong team player.

Responsibilities
As a Lifeguard, your duties will include:
- Ensuring the safety and health of members using wet-side facilities (swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room).
- Maintaining attentiveness and vigilance at all times.
- Creating a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
- Welcoming and supporting members while using the facilities.
- Paying close attention to safety, responding immediately to any incidents.
- Ensuring adherence to Pool Safety Guidelines at all times.
