Our Lifeguards are an essential part of the team, with many advancing to become swim teachers, supervisors, or even managers, and we provide every opportunity for you to aspire and succeed.


Responsibilities

Here’s what your role will entail:

  • Deliver vital water safety and supervision duties
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of our busy centres
  • Support and interact with customers of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds
  • Foster a team-oriented and inclusive culture
  • Follow instructions from managers and adapt to varying demands

Requirements

  • NPLQ qualification or equivalent
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Dexterity and physical stamina for poolside patrol work
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all customers and colleagues
  • Commitment to a team-oriented workforce and adaptability
  • Ability to relate and communicate effectively across diverse demographics
  • Willingness to receive and implement instruction from management

For the safety and care of our customers, an enhanced DBS check is required before commencement.


Work Environment & Commitment

  • Hours: Casual, flexible shifts as required, depending on centre demand
  • Location: Across London, Essex, Hertfordshire, and beyond (exact site dependent on the application)
