About the Role
If you’re passionate about helping others and love creating great experiences, you’ll feel right at home with us. We’ll provide all the training and support needed—you don’t need prior expertise to get started.

Lifeguard Role
As a Lifeguard with us, your primary responsibility will be ensuring our customers receive the best levels of service while promoting a friendly, clean, and safe facility.
While we’re not specifically looking for the next Duncan Goodhew, proficiency in swimming is essential. If you need additional coaching to qualify as a lifeguard, our experienced swim teachers will provide the necessary support to help you achieve this.
The position may close before the specified closing date if a high volume of suitable applications is received. Apply as soon as possible if interested.
Availability
- Casual hours, as and when required.
Key Requirements
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
- Must be a competent swimmer. Swim test required as part of the interview process.
- Must undergo an enhanced DBS check.
- Ability to relate to, support, and assist customers of all ages and abilities, as well as staff at various levels.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented attitude; ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and demonstrate support for colleagues.
- Flexible and adaptable—able to work according to manager instructions.
- Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure and fitness industry.

Contract Details

- Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour
