Lifeguard

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Lifeguard to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs!
The Role
With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools, our Lifeguards play a vital role in:
- Overseeing poolside safety – maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Ensuring positive member experiences while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety protocols.
- Conducting pool tests in line with company guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate documentation at all times.

- Continuously monitor pool areas for adherence to safety regulations.
- Execute routine pool tests and document the results.
- Ensure proper signage, equipment functionality, and a safe pool environment.
- Support members with any queries and promote a fantastic club experience.

Requirements & Expectations
As a Lifeguard, you must:
- Hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).
- Have a strong passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to share knowledge with others.
