Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is seeking passionate Lifeguards to join our team!
About the Role
Would you love to play a vital role in poolside safety and ensure our members enjoy their time to the fullest? As a Lifeguard at David Lloyd Clubs, you’ll maintain rigorous oversight of Health & Safety procedures, conduct pool tests, and uphold compliance standards across our 180+ indoor and outdoor pools in the UK and Europe.
We prioritise creating a dynamic, inclusive culture where every team member can grow—both professionally and personally—while delivering exceptional Member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely oversee poolside activities and enforce Health & Safety protocols.
- Perform required pool tests in line with company guidelines and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure cleanliness, compliance, and optimal function of all pool facilities.
- Promote a safe and enjoyable environment for our members at all times.

About You
- Essential: NPLQ qualification (required) and a genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing.
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to embrace training/career development opportunities.
