Lifeguard
Seasonal Lifeguard (Pool Safety Officer)
Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Lifeguards—the ambassadors of safety and well-being across over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs.
About the Role
In this demanding yet rewarding position, you will:
- Maintain strict oversight of poolside safety at all times
- Ensure members have an unforgettable experience while prioritising compliance
- Conduct regular pool tests as per company guidelines
- Keep Health and Safety documentation accurate and up to date
Your role spans both outdoor and indoor pools, ensuring consistency in our mission: a pleasant, safe, and engaging experience for every club member.

Responsibilities
- Safety LEAD: Constant vigilance over swimmers and water areas

Requirements
- NPLQ Certification: Mandatory requirement for all applicants
- Fitness and fitness-first mindset: A genuine passion for health and wellness
